Our preferred Supplier, based in Rayong, Thailand on 106 rai of land, Thai Steel Profile Company Limited was established in May 1994 with a registered capital of Baht 1 billion, to build an automatic rolling mill on 106 rai in Rayong Province. Equipped with the latest technology from Italy, the rolling mill is capable of serving the world's steel market by producing high standard reinforcement steel bar in the form of round and deformed bar for the reliable construction of high rise buildings, industrial plants, roads, bridges, highways, dams airport and other structures.
Using advanced technology, the production capacity of Thai Steel (TSC) is 320,000 tons per year, with high levels of quality assurance. Before delivery to the market, the products chemical structure is tested and the physical properites are tested through a variety of mechanical tests ranging from tensile tests to cold bend testing. Our products conform to TIS standard 20-2543 and 24-2536. The company is also ISO 9001: 2000 quality certified.
TSC is presently working with AusRebar Supplies Pty Ltd to obtain all necessary approvals and accreditations to enable it to supply reinforced steel bar products to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
